TRU-FRAME® GREENHOUSE WINDOWS are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, provided installation is in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The liability of the R. Lang Company under this guarantee shall not cover damage caused by misuse and is voided if the purchaser makes any material alteration to the structure or finish of the window or if the unit is not properly supported as indicated in the installation instructions. Replacement or repair of the window is at the option of the R. Lang Company. Installation charges and shipping expenses necessary to remove the window, ship it to and from the manufacturer and to reinstall the window shall be borne by the purchaser. To make a claim, present proof of purchase and a written statement of the problem to the supplier from whom the window was originally purchased or to the R. Lang Company.

Insulated Glass Warranty
Five Year Limited Warranty

TRU-FRAME® INSULATED GLASS is warranted to the original purchaser against material obstruction of vision resulting from film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surfaces for a period of five (5) years. This warranty will be void if insulated glass units are not installed in accordance with our instructions or are damaged in handling or installation, or if the unit is subjected to stresses from improper framing, soil movement, earthquakes or if the unit has been subjected to abnormal operating conditions. Our maximum liability under this warranty shall be the delivery of replacement glass at the point of purchase. There is no other warranty either expressed or implied.
